My background is in nursing, and pastoral care. I then chose to retrain as a counsellor. My real passion is supporting people of all ages with time to hear each person’s story.

I am a qualified counsellor and a student psychotherapist studying at Metanoia Institute in London.

Counselling and Psychotherapy offer a confidential space where I will accept you for who you are. Through the therapeutic relationship, as we work together we can gain awareness of what contributes to your situation. This new awareness allows you to see choices open to you, I offer support as we work towards your goals.
